Reason:

It seems like no matter how many times this tag gets cleaned out people keep adding tags with just Artica again and again.
All instances of Artica are Artica_Sparkle and it almost always (if not always) is such, barring a mistag. The one recent instance that wasn't was, in fact, of another character which Artica owns so the Artica character tag was removed from that.
