Aliasing 'anthrofied' → invalid_tag
Link to alias

Reason:

NOTE: as with my other recent post, it won't let me post this without putting the subject in quotes - even though the wiki does not state that this tag is aliased to anything else.

this tag is as useless as rule_34 which is already an invalid tag. This is a porn site, of course people are going to be drawing titties and wieners on cartoon animals that do not usually have them.

Uh... anthrofied is a valid tag? Not everything furry related is anthro, and art as a medium can be used to draw things as more anthro than they are... or even as non-feral. Just because anthro is common doesn't mean it's suddenly not useful.

Say someone is looking for a specific species or character but wants to find it with the character being anthrofied more than the source material has them as. Anthrofied is useful in that respect, same with feralized, humanoidized, humanized... etc.

Horrible idea, -1. You can easily have an anthro bulbasaur next to a feral bulbasaur and it's legitimate anthrofication.

-1. As the other posts have stated, anthrofied serves a useful purpose.

I don't see anything that makes this serve a valid purpose. Not having the 'anthrofied' tag would not hurt a person looking for a picture of an anthro bulbasaur standing next to a regular bulbasaur.

Now, I'm not saying the bulbasaur example is not a legitimate anthrofication - but who cares? Why does it need to be tagged? If you want a feral bulbasaur you can type in feral bulbasaur and find what you need. If you uploaded this picture, would you try to tag it bulbasaur image because it's an image? It's possible for someone to post a file that's nothing but text, but we don't have an image tag because that's not what people do here. We don't have a not_furry tag or a living_creature tag either, because e621 has a basic focus that most people come here for.
*I might suggest that an 'anthro_and_feral' tag would be good for such comparisons, but still not go so far to say that every anthro image needs to be tagged as such.

If someone is looking for a more developed version of an existing bipedal cartoon they can just... look for that. Look at the images yourself, don't go by what random people think is over the line of the character's original design or not.

If I draw Babs Bunny as a little taller and older, or in better detail, than her appearance on Tiny Toons, who is to say whether I've crossed the line to it needing the 'anthrofied' tag or not? If I drew titties - she canonically has them; she had cleavage in an episode.

I also want to point out that every single picture on here of a furry or scaly or whatevery is 'anthrofied' as animals are not humanoid. If I draw a fox with hands and tits, that fox has been anthrofied and there is no reason to point it out.

This is a useless tag causing tag bloat with over 63,000 tags.

The world doesn't revolve around you. You care so much about making the system perfect for only yourself, but the staff care about making it good for everybody. You thinking something is useless has no bearing on what other people think.

...Not furry is an actual, existing tag that DOES exist and does serve a purpose: images that aren't human but aren't qualified for furry (humanoid orcs, humanoid robots, humanoid goo creatures, etc) This tag probably exists so people can filter that out and only find anthro/feral/furry-enough humanoids.

That is exactly why anthrofied ONLY applies to established characters/species/etc that aren't anthro to begin with and are KNOWN to be non-anthro.

The +1/-1 is to signify if someone agrees or disagree. Based on your replies you seem to want to use it weirdly passive aggressively. Might wanna calm down there.

are you like purposely trying to make things harder to find on this site just because your personally dont find the tag systems useful
