I went through Aggrobadger's art and grouped various sequences into pools. However, I found some pieces were already linked using parent/child (post #382696, post #301590, post #1452334 for examples).

Could someone help me understand parent/child versus pool? I thought pools were for sequences of images whereas parent/child is for alternate versions of the same image.

Also, based on furrypickle's comment, it seems like pools should be used for longer sequences while parent/child should be used for shorter sequences. Was my use of pools for things like pool #16030 (which has two images) not as good as if I used parent/child?
