Its the first time i post something and not sure if its the good place, or anything... Plus i have a bad English, so sorry if i make your eyes bleeds!

I want to ask if there is a place to ask a uncensored version of a art? If yes, can you tell me where, if not, can someone, who know how to do it well, can PM me? ^^

E621 is not the place that you should ask for uncensored pictures. However, this site rarely has posts that are censored, which means the censored picture in question is likely from Japan(more specifically pixiv).

You would have to find the artist's alternative accounts in other sites(inkbunny, furaffinity, tumblr). If all else fails, just ask the artist directly if they let you have the uncensored post and upload to E6.

Title of the thread makes it sound like you are about to edit something.

Best thing you can do is tag the image with uncensor_request and hope someone gets to it.

Best approach would always be to ask artist directly, however in this case it seems like artists original intention was always to use band-aids for artistic purpose as form of convenient_censorship. That also means that third party uncensoring isn't as easy as trying to undo black bar or mosaic, but they would actually have to recreate those parts of artwork as close to artists style as possible.

You could always just see ryuingi_(character) for more images of the same character and use your imagination like normal people would.

As PSA, everyone can change their URL format from their user settings. default to guests without account was changed to not contain tags, but accounts made before the change has old default which is gluttery.
You can also do post #<ID> and it will automatically change into link, like: post #1662415
or thumbnail with thumb #<ID> like
post #1662415
