Reason:

Dynamax involves the Pokémon growing to the size of buildings. Macro's the same thing.

-1, Macro tags require the size of the character to be visually confirmed, but dynamax can be recognized without character's size being visible:

For example these can be recognized as dynamax from the clouds around the character's head, but not as macro, since there is no actual visual proof of character being larger than normal.

some of the dynamax posts are just solo shots without any landmarks for scale to really say whether a character is really macro or not.

Anyway, who's to say that a gigantamax Joltik isn't only like a couple feet tall.
