Bit of a hard sell, but there are various stripes* tags. Six stripes_(* tags. + stripes_(artist). + some other stripes* tags.

1) 342 stripes_(character) . . . character
2) 28 stripes_(copyright) . . . copyright
3) 6 stripes_(gmeen) . . . character
4) 1 stripes_(hamtaro) . . . character
5) 1 stripes_(sniperwolfscout) . . . character
6) 3 stripes_(tigerstripes) . . . character (202 uploads in FA folder so there will be more of this Stripes character in future)

Plus stripes_(artist) which aliases to stripes-the-raccoon

There's also some other tags such as:

1) stripes the tiger (one post): although there's a second image and going by the filenames his name may be Ty (with "Stripes" either being a nickname or a reference to his stripes)
(I looked at stripes_(tigerstripes) and he seems to be different character from Ty/Stripes)

2) stripeswaterkat artist tag, single post deleted (for not meeting "quality standards")

3) stripes_tail (two posts), which should probably be striped_tail (4333 posts) and has wiki at striped_tail .

This is a hard sell, considering most stripes images refer to the pattern and lots of striped_* tags imply stripes.

ya, -1 stripes is an umbrella tag that shouldn't be aliased to a disambiguation.

It would be like aliasing fur to fur_(disambiguation) because somebody named their character fur and didn't give it a suffix
