Reason:

horn_holding -> holding_horn

having all three of these tags floating around is un-necessary

+1 for second, -1 for first. Antler is a kind of horn and implies horn, so holding_antler should imply holding_horn. They should also imply antler and horn respectively.

Edit: get the feeling a lot of these should be antler/horn_grab instead since holding_* is holding your own whatever.

It's probably fine.

Technically, antlers aren't horns. But since antler is already implicated to horn, I guess we're not going for accuracy on this one.
