I just had one of my uploads deleted and the reasoning was because of not meeting minimum quality and sat pending for 30 days. I also have another that will probably be subject to the same thing.

we have this exact same thread on front page.
tl;dr: chances are that a lot of approves did see it, but were not sure if its good enough for this site, so it ended up getting auto deleted because nobody wanted to touch it.
