Different tags you want to blacklist should be on separate lines.
"not_furry intersex vore gore" in a single line will only block images which have all of those tags, so they need to be spaced apart.
Or if that's not the problem, you could post the parts of it that you're having trouble with.

@Lafcadio was right; having the terms all in one line will apply the blacklist with the specific combination of tags.
I fixed it for you myself. Next time, if you want to blacklist one or a certain combination of tags, make sure they're on separate lines
