Aliasing new_cyana_(game) → hth_studios

Reason:

In late 2017 with the launch of High Tail Hall's Unity build, HTH Studios announced that the project would be gradually re-branded as New Cyana to put more emphasis on the setting the game takes place in, which is the New Cyana Archipelago.

As seen by this tweet posted last October (https://twitter.com/HTHStudiosLLC/status/1054074743509286913), the studio has stuck with the name change and will keep it from that point forward.

While High Tail Hall is an recognizable and well-known name in the furry fandom, it would be appropriate for new_cyana_(game) tag to be aliased to hth_studios and to have the high_tail_hall tag replaced by new_cyana_(game) if that is possible.
