Hi, I'm relatively new to this website but I was hoping to find an answer as to whether or not there was a way I could hide individual images instead of going through the effort of writing several lines inside of my Blacklist.

Yes, you can blacklist individual posts via their ID. It's all detailed on the blacklist help page
