I was totally prepared to talk about how the art is probably borderline quality and that stuff tends to get deleted by the automoderator, but then I saw it and it is actually pretty good quality, both in terms of the art and in terms of the image quality (how it was photographed/scanned/whatever).

Sixteen days is longer than most images tend to go if they are of good quality, so I guess this one just slipped through the cracks? Especially odd considering it is not tagged badly. It probably would be approved before the 30-day time limit though - there were still two weeks to go.

I would be extremely surprised to learn that this is a borderline case. Sure, there's some wonky elements to it, but the standards here aren't that high. I feel like if you saw this in any other context besides it not having been approved, you wouldn't argue that it's a borderline case.

Don't ask for approvals. When we have a chance we will look at it.
