Aliasing ineffective_censoring → ineffective_censorship

Reason:
Synonymous tags, with ineffective_censoring (10) significantly less tagged than ineffective_censorship (1944). And ineffective_censoring has a deleted post, so the tag can't be cleaned manually.
I'd also like to similarly suggest aliasing ineffective_armor (1 post and 3 deleted posts) and ineffective_armour (1 deleted post) to unconvincing_armor, since they seem to be synonymous in usage and can't be removed manually due to the deleted posts with the tags.
