Is there a way to save your search results, kind of like favoriting an artist name and then having quick access to it from your profile or someting? Gelbooru has something like that.

Not really, but you can link the searches into your profile description (I have bunch of searches linked on my profile desk for this reason). Alternatively if you want to keep them private, you can save them in browser bookmarks or make a private set, and save them in the set's description.
You can easily link tag searches.
If you write {{exampletag1 exampletag2}} in your profile description, you will get exampletag1 exampletag2 that will directly link you to search of the tags you put inside.
