Reason:

They're the exact same; a domestic cat with striped fur. No reason for them to be two separate tags.

I'd say reverse it, but +1 either way.

Bumping this thread to agree, either with an alias or reverse alias, as both tags are used commonly and aliasing to a single tag will reduce redundancy and tag bloat.
