Welp, this needs some explaining.

For many years, the yellow cat/rabbit-like flute-playing experiment who appears in the Stitch! anime was known to non-Japanese fans as either Experiment 021/Twang (because that's the experiment's number in the original production and also due to both this image and Leroy & Stitch's experiments list showing "021: Twang") or Experiment 145/Flute (because of the English dub, even though "Flute" doesn't appear anywhere in said list).

However, recently a Lilo & Stitch fan has posted a comment on Fandom's Lilo & Stitch Wiki saying that they discussed with a Japanese speaker who told them that the experiment was actually named Bragg (who does appear in the Leroy & Stitch list as "145: Bragg"), but misnumbered by the Japanese staff as 021. The English dub team actually corrected the experiment's number to 145 but renamed the experiment to Flute, leading to the whole years-long naming debacle. The wiki has now renamed their article on the experiment to Bragg (145)) and rewrote it to make English-speaking fans aware of this error from now on. Our site's tag for this character should also be aliased away as a result, with all other existing aliases adjusted as a result.

Also, implicate bragg_(lilo_and_stitch) to stitch! since that is likely going to remain the character's only appearance in the Lilo & Stitch franchise for a while.

Bumped to add on to this and also request that precious_(lilo_and_stitch) has its implication to lilo_and_stitch removed, along with all of the aliases to that character tag. It turns out that that particular experiment has never had its identity confirmed by either Disney or any of the franchise's production staff(s) either. (Also, no one here, not even myself, have ever requested for that tag to be implicated.)

Done, but for now changed it so it all aliases to bragg_(stitch!), considering the character's exclusivity to the anime. Added implication as well.

OK, then. twang_(lilo_and_stitch) is still not aliased to the new tag yet. Neither has any of the flute tags.
