Redundant tags, along with sit_ups.

How about sit-up for clarity? Most non-English users seem unfamiliar with exercise terminology, I'm wondering if someone might confuse sit up with sitting..

That definitely sounds better, especially since sit_up could be confused with sitting_up without the extra hyphen.

Also, should sitting_up be implicated or aliased to sitting. It seems different enough to keep as it's own tag, but I'm not sure. I may have to make an alias/implication list for some of the various sitting tags
