Can banned users still tag? Why would they be able to if some of them were banned for tagging abuse?

banned users can navigate most of the site, they just can't do anything. The only thing they have access to is their blacklist.

Like how by typing "Anthro" into tags gives you a
list of related tags you can add with it, It's an amazing time saver!~★

to post or would that page be off-limits?

Theoretically the uploader page would be accessible, but none of the related functionality that you would want from it would work. Getting lists of related tags for instance requires that you be logged in and have a member level.

I don't even guarantee that it would stay like this, it's just the way that it works right now.

They would be able to view this forum yes. Banned users at least in current format are basically spectators

access that page in the future or that e621 may remove the tagging
feature altogether?
