Or the opposite.
Both describe exactly the same thing and are interchangeable.

I'd go with cephalopussy as "Octopussy" makes me think of the James Bond movie.

That’s a bit like saying pussy should be replaced because it’s similar to Pussy Galore. I prefer octopussy

+1 for cephalopussy, other tags that have a animal in them like equine _pussy and canine_penis also default to sub family term rather then a specific species(Octopus). For consistency.
Additionally octopussy can be used to mean multible pussies and is used as a name for a well known villain character from 007.
Edit:As such octopussy should be disambiguated, not aliased to anything.
