Just botting content means they need to do zero work and maintenance while getting all of the money from advertisement above, below, left, right and on top of the content.

That'd be great, because I hate looking for sources and finding the images on boards that have scraped them from e621.

Not that I know of, no.
It would be somewhat double standard to have website where we host others content, then actively try to prevent others from copying content that we have already copied.
Also that prevention would be cat-and-mouse -game where regular users would get caught in crossfire.

Best way to get rid of these kind of sites is to not use them at all. I'm pretty sad how they have gone trough Paheal in SEO on google, because paheal at least has some kind of standards in place.

We don't know and we don't care. It isn't our problem, ask them on their site.
Maybe they should stop being lazy and get users to visit their site instead of using bots to scrape other sites blindly to make it appears they have users, and then maybe they won't have an issue? :^)
