So my favorites order seems to have been nuked... now it's just based on post order number it seems. I really liked when it kept the order based on most recent favorites. Now they're a mess. Tell me it's not gone forever?

Im also wondering why there is not page number anymore either? It makes it quite annoying to browse

You can get the page numbers back by removing the "status:any" tag from the search bar, which is annoying. It seems to add that when you hit the favorites button from the "Posts" tab rather than the "Account" tab.

But the ordering of the post id's now is rather annoying, making me go back and dig for posts i just recently added if they happened to be old. Kind of defeating the purpose of the list itself 😒

agreed. this new way of organizing favorites sucks, imo

I just hope that it's the new site and I'm not somehow losing the 5000~ posts in my favs.

Same, order is out of wack. All posts are in a random order which does indeed make it harder to find posts favourited at a specific time.

If post was uploaded a long ago, it will appear at the very end of the list. Its extremely annoying.
Fix this please. Old sorting was perfect.

Another plea to unfuck the favourites ordering, or to add a feature to manually re-order posts like we can (could?) inside pools.

Hey remember when you just clicked favorite and it worked perfectly fine and no one had any issue with it what so ever?

That's weird, mine worked perfectly, and looking at your favorites they're now no longer sorted by ID. The fix has also been pushed to e621 now, so https://e621.net/favorites?user_id=396123 should now work as well. If there is another link that isn't the aforementioned please let us know so we can fix that.

mine doesn't work on either site, any help appreciated

For some reason it didn't work before, but it's working now. Thanks!

As of now, it works when you go to your own profile and click the favourites through the mini list, but it does not seem to work when you use the fav tag, or if you open through the account settings.

The one working also does not seem to have a search bar, though.

They should have an arrange favorites feature where you can select the image and where they should go

bumping because flagged and replaced posts are not maintaining their favorites order; replacements get bumped to the front of the bus.

personally I don't really have an issue with how old content that gets replaced shows back up at the front of the bus, reminds me it existed and I can see an old favorite again.

Yerp, for peeps with thousands (or tens of thousands) of faves, I totally get that;
I am just one of those nutters who puts favorites in sets
