Title. It would be nice if there was an option to not replace gifs with resized samples.
I have bad internet so I enable the samples to make images load faster but for gifs, I have to click the download and open a new tab to view.
It would be nice if there was an option for gifs to be exempt from being sampled into still images.

iirc the previous version of the website didn't resample gifs into still images.

I'm pretty sure that was mentioned on the Discord, and that it's on the to-do list to fix, GIFs aren't meant to generate sample images.

Ahh good know it was mentioned, I'm not on the discord so I wouldn't have known. At least now I know it's just a bug and not a feature. Thanks for the heads up.
