I dont use this fourm at all, so I have no clue as to what I am doing.

Anyways getting that outta the way, I would like to have a feature were I can follow, or subscibe to an artist, enabling me to have a list of the newest posts from my followed artist on a possible follow, or subscribed page. I find it would be extremely helpful for me to be able to follow and artist, and see their resent posts without having to mentally keep track of the artists, or having to bookmark their page.

If I remember correctly they were testing out tag subscriptions at some point. I forget what the feed back was and I don’t know if they plan on adding it as a feature still.

If are planning on adding it then you could subscribe to the artist tags.

e621 supports RSS subscriptions to arbitrary queries (excepting, last I checked wildcards are not allowed).

Not entirely what I was looking for, but I will check it out! Thanks for the imput.

There's an extension that does this for Firefox and Chrome

You can also put search links on your profile page and check them manually. It's a lazy fix, but still easier than searching for x numer of artists manually.

If you want to use this strategy, remember to use OR (~) - if you just want 'everything new from all artists I follow', you should be able to pack that into only a few ~foo ~bar ~baz style queries, given the greatly raised limit on number of search terms (~40 IIRC)
