I saw that another old post (about 1 month) updated and front of it pasted red
NEW also it higher than my post. And I can't make this word red, I read wiki and pasted test code and that test not worked. How i can do that? And also write forum/dtext tips i don't know how post here.

"New" is shown whenever there is a new reply that you haven't seen in a forum thread.
I don't get what you mean with dtext part.

Recently updated threads get pushed up to the top? That's how every single forum ever works, not sure why that confuses you.

Colors can only be used by users in the Privileged group or higher.

I never used forums.

You can not lock forum posts. Moderators lock posts when they feel it is neccesary.
