Considering that fta_transformation is for female to andromorph, how does one label female to ambiguous?

How would female-to-ambiguous work? Since you don't necessarily need bits visible to tag gender (the overall body and/or facial structure can help guide tagging, without a penis or pussy being visible), I'm having trouble visualizing a character that's definitely female, and then goes through a transformation where they're clearly not female anymore, but also can't be tagged male or intersex for some reason. Do you have any examples to help me see?
