Case dependent, but often they're already androgynous enough to look feminine. If so, tag female/gynomorph/herm as appropriate and then male_(lore).
Yeah, most of the time it'll usually be female/gynomorph/herm + male_(lore), through it could also be male + moobs depending on the post (usually for overweight characters).
In addition to the above, a few of walter_sache's posts use both male and big_pecs, though at least one of them was mistagged.
Giant breasts on a "male" are a bee in my bonnet as well. There is a point where giant pectoral muscles strongly resemble breasts. I've had to resort to blacklisting certain artists who draw it a lot.
Anybody remember the boobie-boy kink? That was a thing for like...5 seconds. Only saw a couple pictures but it was about masculine-shaped men with lactating breasts. Would that affect the tagging in any way?
