You upload all the pages as separate and then you create a pool using the "pool" button at the top then "new", then when you created you pool you can click "import" to import the pages (after having uploaded them to the site)and "order" to select the order in which order they will be displayed.

You can also do it this way:

Create the pool first (before uploading comic pages).
Get the ID of the newly created pool (in the address bar).
When uploading the comic pages, tag them with pool:id to append the page to the end of the pool.
This way, the new page will be in the pool right after uploading. No additional hassles of importing images then ordering them in the pool, or adding them one by one in a separate step.

So, for example, if I wanted to upload something and also wanted to add it to the end of pool #2912, I'd tag it with pool:2912.

That's a handy trick. Thanks for sharing it. I've always added after the fact.
