The punishment for joining while under 18 is a ban until they turn 18.
So, no, reporting them won't do anything.

What if when your born, a mad scientist injected you with enhanced growth hormones. So by the time you've been on this earth for 10 years, you are both physically and mentally 20 years old.

Would you be banned considering you've only been alive 10 years, or would it be ok seeing as your are a adult both physically and mentally?

I don't really see the point of this. Seems like an attempt to drum up pointless drama. If someone once was, but no longer is, then the moment to "catch" them at it is already past. I'm all for people reporting people currently breaking the rules, but even bad comments have a statute of limitations on them. The point of enforcing rules is to change behavior. It's useless to retroactively enforce a rule they're no longer breaking.

As long as they don't announce it, or make fun of the administrative team because of it, I personally don't care.

Sure, it's not a good thing. However, I'm more concerned that you knew someone was underage and didn't report it. That is more of a risk for you, than it is for us.

To elaborate on dave, the law we have to honor is Arizona's, nobody under the age of 18 is allowed on the site because we host pornography, and quite a lot at that.

If they started accessing the site when under 18, but have since reached the magical 18 then they're in the clear.

The law cares for your absolute age, neither biological nor mental. At least in this case.

To be honest, I registered a little bit before my 18th birthday. I decided not to post much or visit the forum before I turned 18 because I didn't want to risk saying something that might compromise myself.

Another secret: the reason I said "I wonder if we'll get any surprises" was because I wanted to set someone else up to admit the same thing before I did. Sorry, but there's no way in Hell I'm testing those waters.

What if someone who was under age went into the future to the time they would be 18+, and made an account?

What if their birthday was on February 29th and they are only 5 leap-years old? :P

What if it's groundhogs day and they stay 17 forever?

If you think about it, isn't that what we all do? Sure, we're doing it the hard way instead of slingshotting around the sun or hopping in the nearest police box, but it's still traveling into the future.

They'd still be 18 years old. Just because a particular date is on the calendar only once every four years doesn't take away the fact that Earth made four complete revolutions around the Sun in that time. Their issue isn't how old they are but when they should celebrate their birthday.

Unfortunately I have been away from the site for some time. (Not sure about exact date maybe someone can fill me in, I won't bother looking) I've dropped off the internet for about 2-3 weeks so my recent flood of information has gone unfilled.

The admins will soon be receiving a report on an account of which the owners age is 8. Time to break a banning record! No, I will not release their account information here. You will all have to wait until the report is filed As well as a report on a 14 year old user. So the admins will have some midnight snacking to do as I normally submit reports to websites at around 1-4am.

Secondary to this point. As others said reporting anyone who is now above the age limit of 18 does not matter.

And lastly. The "What if your soul is older then your body" argument is not going to work under the guidelines of U.S law enforcement.

Or any law in that regard... as Durandal said, it doesn't matter if you're old at mind but as long as you're not physycally old, you're under aged...

Take dwarves for example (no, not the mythical creatures, these ones ), I've known that some have problems going into bars, clubs, etc. because of their height... even though it's not the same case, it is somewhat related...

Annoying furrys found on other sites where their ages were openly referenced. A quick cross examination of usernames and I found several sites including this one where both individuals have accounts. I'm working on the other site reports first then coming around to this one. (Yes, I verified these are the real ages. Please do not bother asking how)

Takedowns are processed regardless of bans. You don't even need an account to file them.
