Would it count as sex since the two characters aren't directly interacting? Seems like it'd be closer to plushophilia (at least when the doll is a plush doll) and masturbation.

Many of those are masturbation instead of sex. Though a lot of voodoo_sex solo seems to be mistagged in the first place.

I rewrote the wikis to be a little easier to read and understand. I am in the process of going through and sorting the images now.
