Bug overview description.
Loading a non-whitelisted URL hides the image preview. However, modifying the URL (such as deleting and re-adding a character) or selecting it with ctrl+a causes the image preview to appear again.

The expected behavior is the image preview remaining hidden.
What actual behavior is given instead?
The image preview becomes visible again.

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
1) Load https://e621.net/uploads/new
2) Enter a non-whitelisted image URL
3) Ctrl+a to select the field -or- remove and re-add a character
