The new Pages of the Comic "Pierce me" where deleted because of the Web Comic Rule. But the website of the comic is down and there is no place where people can read it. I have downloaded all published pages of the comic and would love to upload them here.

It has only 170 pages. "A tale of Tails" has over 300.

Is the website down permanently, or is this just a standard temporary outage? If permanent then they are no longer "exclusively hosted on their own page, [or] exclusively hosted on a webcomic host" so they should be allowed now. If the site is expected to come back up then it doesn't make sense to post them.

The website has been down for couple years now and the artist hasn't interacted online in any way for about the same time.
Patreon has gone down, considering they haven't shared any updates or perks for the same amount of time, it's extremely likely patreon has pulled the plug.

If it's really been years, I think they should be uploaded per what Kaworu said.

Yeah, those pages are fine to be here now. If you encounter duplicates shoot me a dmail and I'll restore the deleted pages.

On a related note, recently a user uploaded salvaged pages of the now-defunct 2009 run of D.C. Simpson's Raine Dog, only for most to be deleted literally days before NMNY's ruling here, despite the comic's first half having been indexed for years. As e621 promotes itself as an art archive, preservation of "lost" comics would seem to clearly fit within its mission statement. Would Staff consider a formal policy revision to this end?

What happened to Sayuncle anyways?!! I can't tell you how overjoyed I am to see this comic again after the site went down!! Been looking everywhere for it but was only able to find lewd excerpts of it - can't wait to read this all over again. XD

Thanks again for uploading them. While it's sad that Pierce Me won't continue, it's still one of my favorite works of art. Every panel is so inspiring, I'm very grateful you saved 'em.
