Reason: They functionally mean the same thing
thin_waist is another tag that should probably aliased with these

Reason: +1 for both those aliases, there was also a suggestion for these aliases and others at topic #25344.
Along with narrow_waist and thin_waist, I think slender_waist and the typo thing_waist should also be aliased to small_waist.
