Reason: For what point and purpose?

Because people may like the idea of tail play involving the breasts. Why are you asserting this tag doesn't have a purpose?

If you search for between breasts, how would you find the ones involving tails and not other things?

You might have a point if there were more than seven images with the tail_between_breasts tag. But as it is, it's clearly not a common enough thing to need its own tag. Besides, you could just search for between_breasts with something like "tail_fetish" or the like added in.

Something being uncommon really doesn't mean it should be aliased away.

Low usage doesnt mean it should be aliased right away or invalidated, many things have low tag count, specially specific clothing colors, which are being slowly populated.

Also,I guess not many users know about the tail_fetish tag, and a tail between breast may not always looks like fetishy enough to get a tail_Fetish tag, what if the tail is just between the breasts because the character is feeling just timid/shy of their body and want to use the tail to cover it but simply put it between the breasts ?

Tail_between_breasts seems really valid for me.
