Why was zp92's new photo of an Inkling taken down?

Duplicate of post #2407326, which was itself deleted because there are no obvious nonhuman elements.

Generally speaking inkling images are only allowed when their nonhuman parts are clearly visible and as they are made to look like regular human kids with tentacle hair, if tentacle hair isn't visible or clearly tentacles, they count as human only and get deleted.
