You are without a doubt acting like an E6 veteran! Cantankerous, hard-assed and opinionated.

You forgot curmudgeonly. It's what happens when you were taught manners and live in an age where the greatest sin you can commit is calling people out for not having any.

I mean c'mon youre on a porn site that has some seriously excplicit content ranging from blood and vomit to anal vore and egg-laying. Those comments about fantasizing may be off putting and wierd, but as long as someone is being sexually harassed it should be left alone. Like imagine going to pornhub and getting chewed out for saying you find the video your watching is hot.

Listen to me (with apologies to @lance_armstrong): THIS ๐Ÿ‘ IS NOT ๐Ÿ‘ A PORN ๐Ÿ‘ SITE! ๐Ÿ‘

Go on pornhub or reddit if you wanna leave creepy sexual comments on posts.
I've been on this site for almost a decade without being forced to leave comments regarding how much "I wish that were me". Work on some self control maybe.

Thank you.

4. People who ARE offended by sexual comments have access to the site's "Safe Mode".

Even in e926 or "safe" mode there are plenty of images and comments with creepy or offensive comments.

This may seem redundant or nitpicking, but regardless of what your personal opinion is, e6 has been, and will continue to be a furry art archive, and not a porn site.

It's actually hilarious how people have a pretense of "standards" on a porn site where tags like "rape" exist. If there's anywhere you can have "creepy comments", this is the place. To not mention how "creepy comments" can be anything that crosses an admin's mind, or a user's mind who will report that comment. It's extremely ambiguous. What could go wrong? What if calling a character from a drawing "hot" is considered creepy in their head?

Anyway, saying that this is not a "porn site" is extremely delusional. You are deluding yourself, and not fooling anyone. Whenever someone says "e621" anywhere else on the internet, people instantly think of furry porn. Drop the cope, it doesn't make you look right. Just because you also post sfw and "questionable" (which is tame porn) pictures, that doesn't mean it's not a porn site.

So all of those rating:s posts are... what, exactly?

Posts that happen to be either SFW, or if you ask me, incorrectly described as such, since a lot of "safe" pictures are tagged simply on the basis of genitals not being visible, despite still being sexually suggestive. But that is besides the point. The point is that this site is full of porn, and therefore it is a porn site.

Are Reddit or Twitter or Newgrounds porn sites, then?

I have been flamed out for comparing e621 to an art gallery before, but regardless, and to add some things. e621 is not just an art gallery, it is an erotic furry art gallery.

No, because those are vast social media websites, where you aren't greeted by porn as you enter its main page. You might as well say "is the internet for porn?" because there's porn on the internet. The answer is in the details.

Comparing e621 to reddit or twitter is hilarious. Imagine accidentally linking the front page of e621 to a relative instead of reddit. And these are the people who tell you that those who post "creepy" comments here are out of touch with reality. Incredible.

Creepy is people responding to your comment "hey, I heard you're from my area, wanna hook up? respond for more details plz"

Uncomfortable is people randomly ERPing with their OCs or avatar characters in a thread.

People fantasizing about perverse stuff in comments of a sexually-inclined picture is just inelegant. But I don't think it should be seen as extraordinarily unexpected.

This site contains 2.5 million images. Nearly 1 million of those images are tagged with "Genitals". The other top most tags are "Penis"(700k), "Erection"(600k), "Bodily fluids"(500k) and "Pussy"(400k). Popular posts from todays date all the way back to two months ago are 90% porn. The rules state you must be 18 because of this stuff. This site was purchase by a company that makes anthro sex toys. Sex is a huge part of this sites history.

People are gonna make comments of sexual nature on a pornographic image(I may not and you may not, but we shouldn't act like the furry gestapo about it). Like do you guys also have sex in complete silence too?

Also there are much better sites that archive everything that dont have takedowns and DNP rules.

Ah. So, you are against DNP as well. I would say that I am surprised, but I'm really not.
Perhaps, instead of endlessly whining on the forums, you should go to those "much better sites" that allow for creepy comments and don't give a damn about artists then.

If a site lacks takedowns and DNP rules, it's a worse site. It shows no respect to the people who are creating the art. That's honestly like saying "this person I know who steals TVs from people's houses gives me way better prices than any retail store - it's such a better business!"

To be honest, I did have sex in complete silence. But not because I tried to not be "creepy", I'm just boring.

Doesn't that go against your point that this is a porn site? Nobody's denying that it isn't a big chunk of the content here, but as you yourself have shown, it's not even the majority.

Good recommendation my dude!

Lets not derail this thread with the legality of piracy on the internet. I cannot tell people what to view or post on other sites. Feel free to PM me later when I have the time to discuss the semantics of piracy. But I do not encourage anyone to 'bypass paywalls'

hahaha I can respect being vanilla, I don't have any weird fetishes or anything like that(or very vocal). but watch out lets not get 'creepy' by talking about natures dirty secret here!

Are you afraid to say you like porn? Your favorites are all porn; you even make those comments that could be borderline 'creepy'. Youre practically the e621 porn expert with all the information, context and amount of posts you can link to help people out. You can name images on the spot if there DNP, from pixiv, rule34. Like a goddamn AI its pretty amazing. But in all seriousness who are you trying to convince that this site isn't geared toward porn while consuming a huge amount? yourself or me?

If you are embarrassed to admit to being a furry porn expert here, you shouldn't because in some way or another it benefits the site.

Going to ad hominem attacks, now that you've run out of actual arguments.
Just give it up, pal. You are not making a grand stand here, you are defending your right to say creepy shit.
