Reason: This was a tricky BUR to get organized. The relationships within Muscicapidae are a bit strange, but I feel this should be a convenient organization of the species tags. It should be known that Muscicapidae is known as the Old World flycatcher and chat family, and the chats were added later. The chats may not be "typical" Old World flycatchers, but I think it is very easy to assume that they are based on how the family itself is usually described. Visually I don't think the two groups are very different in their appearance.

Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chat_(bird) to see the chat subfamily.
Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Old_World_flycatcher_species for the entire family.

Additionally, robin will be becoming an informal species group. Robins form a visually distinctive group, and each region has their own "Robin" species, so it makes sense to keep these visually distinctive species together under one tag.

Changes

- Disambiguate robin tag and use robin_(bird) instead. The tag has been well maintained, but using the _(bird) suffix seems to be the better tag base.
