Topic: bad implication or implication chain?

Having uploaded https://e621.net/posts/2481745 I cannot remove the tags clothing or clothed.

Can anyone tell me if these are implications generate from choker, which should not be the case as a choker is an accessory and not actual clothing (see also: boa).

Is it possible that somewhere along the chain from choker -> necklace -> jewelry that these 2 (incorrect) implications are picked up?
