Sorry if this as been spoken of before, but whenever I try to upload a SWF (Google Chrome) it take a good 20-30 seconds before sending me to a website that says "One more step
Please complete the security check to access e621.net". I enter a CAPTCHA code and then it takes me to my post. What gives?

EDIT: Also, how do I know how many unapproved uploads I can make?

Basically, it's an anti-spam measure inherent to the server that they use that seems to affect some people more than others for unknown reasons. I've only gotten it once when uploading a swf (which seems to be pretty common), and once about 2 days ago it would happen any time I tried to make an edit to the wiki but nowhere else.

Edit: "Upload limit" on your profile.
