As far as I've seen they only do it when they have a good reason. According to your deleted post history, it says "inferior version/duplicate" for most of them, I suspect that's probably why.

But I uploaded the same Image first 3-4 Weeks ago. And It gets removed.
Everything is the same, resolution and so on.

Well, that depends

If the new version is higher res and bigger, old version gets deleted
If the new version is inferior, old version stays, new version gets deleted
If the new version is bigger but smaller res, old version stays, new version gets deleted
If the new version is the updated version, old version gets deleted

A lot of people repost the picture with a version of it that is Higher Res, whether they were able to download it with a Higher Res, or the artist redid it and gave it better quality, whatever it may be. Either way, just keep posting as best as you can, always download the picture at it's largest scale.

Unless it's because one admin deleted his equestria_girls post and another admin accepted repost of it. Most of his pics were deleted for being irrelevant.

Checking your last two deleted posts, they were both smaller in size and smaller res than the parent.

Not to make it sound like e621 is unfair at all, e621 is a nice place, but if there's anything about what you uploaded that is insignificant to the repost someone else uploaded, then yours is going to get deleted. No if's, ands, or butts. or buts.

It's easy to save the display sized version of an image if you're pulling them from tumblr. If that happens then someone else will often go grab the full-sized and post it, leading to first upload's deletion. That could be getting you.

The newer posts were bigger than yours, and that's all there is to it.

I've come to that several times by accident... all my deleted posts were because they were small/preview versions (except one, which was a repost but that wasn't there when I checked). If it's for that reason, you'll get used to it and learn how and where to get the higher res ones

The reasons for the removals are listed here. After looking at what you posted, I would recommend reading e621:uploading before you post anything else. It's a helpful guide that might be able to explain it a bit better than I can.

If you want you can send me a link to the next thing you want to post and I can tell you whether it is likely to get accepted or not (though I can't guarantee anything).

Yeah, Cheese20's... "modern art" style probably won't last long on this site, it's just not the place for it. If you don't wanna see your posts get deleted, I'd suggest avoiding anything from him, and focus on more traditional and porn centric art

It's annoying, but don't forget it's just as easy to increase your upload limit. (Unless you suddenly end up in the negative digits due to a massive wave of replacements. That might require a respectful talk with a sympathetic moderator.) Don't worry. Sometimes it can take a while to get the hang of things, even ones that you thought would be simple.

If it seems like your posts are being deleted even though they're exactly the same size as the parent/kept post, you probably have "Resize images" or "Show image samples" turned on in your settings, which would scale both pictures down to the same size. Turn them off to see full-resolution images.
