The tag alias #50605 large_lips -> thick_lips has been approved.
Reason: large is not used in the traditional descriptor chain of small/(normal)/big/huge/hyper and thick_lips is the commonly used tag

Thick isn't really used in the traditional descriptor chain either but big_lips is already aliased to thick_lips so I guess it works out. +1

It's more a side-addition when the chain isn't in place, like with thick thighs.
