Double the food. I like em grilled personally and one isn't filling enough.
2 dicks, double the penis. You can have one or both, or take turns. It's extra, you get more value
Two joysticks is pretty standard at this point. It's the ladies who are lacking now, though. Really should have four buttons.
I don't know what the d-pad is in this analogy, but it's definitely ripe for a pun of some sort.

Dislike: When the anatomy looks physically uncomfortable. Also, I like knotted dicks, I like double dicks, but not knotted double dicks for some reason.

I love the fact that diphallism is subdivided into vertical_diphallism and horizontal_diphallism. Characters with three or more penises are much harder to categorize.
