Topic: Is the Artist Luminosion on the DNP List or Not?

Posted under General

I checked the Avoid Posting list and she isn't on there. But when I looked at her Artist tag that says it has 22 images, I only see one. I am confused, where is the 21 pieces of art at? Is her art being deleted from here? should I not post her art?

Searching for Luminosion status:any shows all the posts. You can see that the artist requested removal about 4 years ago.

You can search with status:any (i.e. luminosion status:any) to also include deleted posts in the results. Clicking one shows it was deleted because "takedown #5160: Artist requested removal" about 4 years ago. Though the takedown reason is hidden, so we don't know why they wanted them deleted.

The artist doesn't seem to be DNP so you shouldn't get in trouble with this site for posting it, but they can always submit another takedown at any time if they don't want their art here. If you're not sure if an artist is okay with their art being uploaded here, you can always ask them.

After checking around a bit, the other 21 posts of her were deleted by the artist via a request takedown, what I gather from this is the she doesn't want her art to be posted here, but hasn't been added to the DNP list, so I recommend not posting her art, unless you ask her first beforehand.

if that is the case, why leave the Disco looking one up?
maybe she just wants SFW of her work but not the NSFW.

The remaining post was posted 2 years ago and the others were deleted 4 years ago, chances are she just doesn't know the art is here since she already filed one takedown. Most the posts deleted in the original takedown were also rating:s

Personally I'd ask before uploading in case they get taken down and your deleted post count gets even higher.

My theory is that the artist filed for a takedown and DNP, but the avoid posting list just never got updated for some reason.
Then, two years later, someone uploaded another image - and nobody noticed that something's wrong.

I asked, so now I am just going to wait for a reply. If she says no, then I'll suggest that she add herself on the DNP
