Topic: Quality standards.

Posted under General

Im just a bit confused, since typically i do better with feedback instead of vague things, but what specifically about my currently pending posts doesnt meet quality standards? Just so i know for the future so i can improve on my art.

I'd throw some feedback/critique on the stuff that was deleted, but can't since your deleted posts don't have a source where I can find them elsewhere.

I presume they are talking about posts not deleted yet, but marked as "not meeting quality standards" by approvers.
Specifically, post #2664877 and post #2662751.

You're getting there, but the line quality is not much over aliased, if you'll pardon my tactlessness. As a short term solution, I'd recommend not posting the full-sized picture as the finished piece, but shrinking it by some amount. The full-sized picture is essential for working on and manipulating as an artist, and I do understand you wanting to show off the whole glory of your art to the world, but scaling an image down hides a lot of sins.

Long term, about the only real solution is practice, practice, practice.

Yeah, more sorry then. I've got this content blacklisted and to blunt, not willing to step out of my comfort zone to look at and critique these pieces.

I will say looking at some of your other pieces that your drawing skills are alright. The only real critique I can give is that your facial expressions on characters could use some work. Some of them just look kinda off.
