I don't see what that has to do with threads automatically locking to prevent necroing? Besides, I can't access that site from my browser.

And I was just asking if it would be possible.

It's probably possible, but I don't think it's the direction we want to go for it. See forum #142907 . There are legitimate reasons for reviving an older thread. Automatically locking everything down just closes off a lot of options for very little benefit.
