Topic: Should I make an artist tag for myself post my art on here?

Posted under Off Topic

I'm really nervous about posting my art on here, two reasons, one since there are bots on rule 34 that re-uploads almost every post on e621 and copies the tags as well, and I don't want my art on appearing on rule 34 because people will think the reposters made it. Another reason is because I damn well know that people will hate it because the lineart looks like it's been made in Microsoft paint, low resolution, and almost everything is 1D.

Should I upload my art on here?

Edit: I finally fucking did it.

Bots just reupload every single post on the site. That's how those sites get most of their content - out of 4,142,804 posts on rule34.xxx, 2,805,959 were uploaded by a bot.
If you are worried about that kind of thing... well, frankly, it's just inevitable.

Feel free to provide some examples of your artwork. E621 does have some basic artistic standards – simplistic MS Paint doodles are usually rejected.
I am rather intrigued by the comment about how "almost everything is 1D". I have never seen one-dimensional art.

I don't use Microsoft paint to make my art, I use ibisPaint X to make it, but I have no clue what brush on there I'm supposed to use to make the lineart look normal instead of it looking like something you'd see in Microsoft paint. I tried lowering the brush size, but nothing worked. Is it because of my device?

Gotta give us an example to get any information on that. Try uploading to Furaffinity or Inkbunny as a gallery site.
