There are a bunch of oddball genital tags and they aren't really linked together. If you've got a thing for them, it's hard to search for them or even know they are there until you stumble across it. And if you spot one that isn't tagged, it can be hard to find the right tag for it. Because they are so scarce I imagine most people don't know them, which makes tagging them properly difficult. I propose they all implicate a single tag to organize them. Unusual_Genitalia is already in use, so perhaps a making new one such as Atypical_Sexual_Feature would be more appropriate. The following is a list of tags I'm proposing implicate the blanket tag:

Hand_Pussy, Snake_Penis, Prehensile_Penis, Prehensile_Clitoris, Vaginapenis, Tail_Penis, Tail_Vagina, Tail_Maw, Dick_Nipples, Pussy_Nipples, Nipple_Mouth, Udder_Balls, Intravaginal_Penis, Intravaginal_Pseudopenis, Pseudopenis, Penis_Tentacles, Crotch_tentacles, Tentacles_from_pussy, Tentacle_Maw, Tentacle_Pussy, Tentacle_Ovipositor, Ovipositor, Penis_tongue, Penis_with_tongue, Tongue_Pussy, Pussy_Tongue, Eargina, Chest_Pussy

I'm pretty sure there are some more, but I'm having trouble remembering them. And there very well might be a bunch more out there I just haven't happened to stumble across.

I feel like Prehensile_Penis and Pseudopenis shouldn't be there, since they are things that occur in nature unlike most of the others listed.

I'm a bit confused about why these tags need to implicate one blanket tag distinct from the existing Unusual_Genitalia tag. These are all examples of unusual genitalia, and I think that many other artworks which depict unusual genitalia distinct from the specific genitalia configurations you list would qualify for the proposed Atypical_Sexual_Feature tag as well.

I support having all of these tags implicated Unusual_Genitalia, but I'm not sure it makes sense to make a new blanket tag for these particular genital configurations in specific, and none of the other configurations which would fall under Unusual_Genitalia.

I don't have a real reason not to use Unusual_Genitalia. I just figured since it was already in use, then that would kind of encroach an something meant for something else.

I could see separating the unnatural ones from the uncommon ones, but I imagine that if someone was interested in searching for or blacklisting the rest of that list, those would probably fall into the same category of interest or disinterest.

I'm also curious if anyone knows anything else that would kind of fit this list. I'm not sure if anyone's come up with something beyond just new combinations of pre-existing sexual features, or wiggly versions. If there is I'd put that in this tag too.
