Do you still get reported for not using the blacklist if you say something like "I have my blacklist on and I don't know what the fuss is all about. I'll just click the "Download" button and--- OHMYGAHTAKEMYEYESMELTLIKETHATINDIANAJONESGUYTHISSHITOFFTHISBOORU!!!" or something similar to that on a post?

Basically, clicking an image while your blacklist is on.

Basically, clicking an image while your blacklist is on.

That's... still refusing to use your blacklist. If it's implemented and you're ignoring it, we don't need to hear about it.
