Is it possible to unblacklist a specific tag that implicates a blacklisted tag?

Admittedly I don't use the blacklist, but my understanding is that multiple tags on the same line are taken in combination. So:
undesirable_implicate -acceptable_implicator
Should black out posts that have the tag you want to blacklist, unless they have the tag you want to "un-blacklist"

Hey man, don't just give us a blank message, at the very least copypaste the title into the message. (It's also rude to have the entire message be "See title", seriously, please copypaste the title into the message or reword your question for better details)
