After flagging something for "Human only" condition to the DNP, I was pointed out features I had missed, such as horns amongst some bondage, which is an animalistic feature, and therefore valid. How do I remove my flag?

Human Only isn't DNP anyways, that flag is for if a post is from an artist who's DNP.
Leave a comment on the comments section of the post and mention it was mistakenly flagged.
Either way, the flag will need to be manually handled and evaluated by the staff.
Updated
I took care of it.
For future reference – that flag is specifically for artists who are on the avoid posting list, and not for stuff that is not relevant to the site.
You do not need to flag the latter; that stuff is handled during the approval process. If you believe that an approver has made a mistake, you should message them about it.
Gotcha. Thanks guys
