Reason: The tag sfw_nudity describes the type of casual_nudity that has a safe rating.

Either way, it feels to me that casual_nudity should imply some non-SFW elements, if not genitalia, then nipples on breasts and whatnot. Also, a post like

It is between the buttocks, the crotch is parallel to the buttocks but is facing forward.
IDK how we'd make a tag for the lack of an anus...

... that's a good question. I always considered the crotch to be the groin area, which includes the penis, balls, and pussy. I wouldn't have considered the back side, where the butt, anus, and tail are, to be part of it. The dictionary and wikipedia don't seem to clarify this very well.
I mean, the iPhone dictionary defines the groin as "the area between the abdomen and the upper thigh, on either side of the body". It defines crotch as "the area of the body between the legs, where they join the torso"... it's less descriptive. I can't think of any good tag name to differ where the penis is and where the anus is located, without something horrible like featureless_frontside_groin and featureless_backside_groin.

I would put the perineum as the "backside groin", with the location of the anus marking where the groin stops. Thus featureless_perineum could work as an anusless tag, I suppose.
I'm not sure what should be done with sfw_nudity, but sfw_nudity and casual_nudity are quite different (based on their wiki descriptions) and should probably be kept separate.
SFW nudity is what it sounds like: Nudity that is safe for work (SFW). This does not mean that the character's private areas are simply covered up, however. It essentially refers to an anthropomorphic character who doesn't have any showing privates, for example, Sonic the Hedgehog.
This is a general tag used when one or more characters within a post are nude in non-sexual situations. Posts with this tag typically depict a character who is nude for no apparent reason. There may also be other characters, clothed or otherwise, who are typically unconcerned by the general lack of clothing.
Don't use this tag if the nude character is behaving in a seductive manner. Some seductive behavior includes bedroom_eyes, presenting, and teasing. Don't use this tag if the nude character is sexually aroused.
I agree with D.D.M. these tags are unrelated.
And Strikerman is right that the SFW_nudity tag probably shouldn't exist. It's either synonymous with rating:safe nude or featureless_crotch featureless_breasts.
